The Wichita Falls Police Department is asking the public for help finding 15-year-old Alixandra Ellaine Warford, who has been reported as a runaway. The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) lists her as missing from Wichita Falls since Sept. 10, 2026. Police said she was last seen in the 4600 block of Mistletoe Drive.

In a post shared in a Lufkin community Facebook group, her mother said Alixandra may be in the Lufkin area. Police have not publicly confirmed a Lufkin connection.

Police describe Alixandra as about 5 feet 6 inches tall and about 130 pounds, with long, wavy brown hair and blue eyes. She has pierced ears and long manicured nails with silver rhinestones. She has several tattoos, including “Alex Diaz” on her left forearm, “together” on her right forearm, and logos including Gucci and Louis Vuitton on the fingers of her right hand.

If you see her, call 911. If you have information, call the Wichita Falls Police Department non-emergency line at (940) 720-5000 or NCMEC at 1-800-THE-LOST (1-800-843-5678) and reference NCMEC case 2101236. You can also contact the Lufkin Police Department.

Wichita Falls police also warned that anyone found knowingly harboring a runaway may face charges under Texas Penal Code Section 25.06, Harboring Runaway Child.
