The virtual meeting will consist of a pre-recorded video presentation with both audio and visual components. The presentation will be posted on this page by Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 5 p.m. and will remain online for at least 15 days.
If you do not have internet access, you may call 936-633-4418 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, to ask questions and access project materials during the project development process. In-person attendees will be able to view the same presentation delivered in the online public meeting, which will be playing on a screen, review hard copies of project materials, ask questions of TxDOT staff and/or consultants, and leave written comments. TxDOT is conducting a virtual public meeting with an in-person option about the proposed upgrades to US 59 and reconstruction of the US 59/US 190 and US 59/BU 59 interchanges to meet interstate standards from 1.25 miles south of US 190 to 1.9 miles south of SL 116 on US 59, and 0.10 miles west of FM 350 North to 0.10 miles east of Briar Way on US 190.
